1 can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (425 g)
0.5 cup crushed tomatoes
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp raw sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method 1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add Cannellini beans and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, rosemary, chilli and sugar to saucepan. Mix well and allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
3. Serve on toast as part of a classic 'big breakfast'.
