Berry & Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients 1 ripe banana ½ cup of your favourite berry (blueberries and strawberries are great!) ½ cold water 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp hempseeds 1 tbsp instant oats 1 tbsp almond butter 2 medjool dates
Method 1. Pit the dates and peel the banana then simply add all the ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
If you like it runnier, add some more water If you like it thicker, try using frozen banana or berries
