Serves 18 - 20
200g coconut oil.
50-60g raw cacao powder.
100g pure maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
1 tsp vanilla bean natural extract.
1 tsp fine sea salt.
1/2 cup almonds.
1/2 cup hazelnuts.
1/4 cup shaved coconut.
Method 1. Combine all ingredients on low heat until well combined.
2. Combine the nuts and coconut into the chocolate mix, then pour into lined dish or chocolate moulds or onto a tray for a thin chocolate bark.
3. Place in the freezer immediately to set. Leave overnight and then break into pieces.
