1x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained
6 tbs of water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 heaped tbs of tahini
1 clove of garlic, peeled
1 tsp of turmeric
Salt and pepper
Method 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Slowly add more water if needed until desired consistency is reached.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
